This can be a great alternative to regular vinyasa transitions, especially if your experiencing pain in your wrists or arms. Plus this sequence can be done anywhere, without moving to the ground. Coordinating breath with movement, this chair vinyasa becomes a liberating moving meditation that can refocus the mind while strengthening the entire body.
