This style of yoga is designed to support an increased range of motion, lessening chronic pain and supporting injury recovery. Added bonuses are reduced stress and anxiety.
Created by Amba Stapleton of Nosara Yoga, Pranassage is a fusion of yoga and body work intended to create deep relaxation, leaving you feeling renewed and revitalized.
